From start to finish, Roger at Cult Status Cars was a pleasure to deal with. Initial contact and arranging a viewing was easy and flexible. There was never any pressure to buy the car, more a friendly chat and cuppa. After deciding I would purchase, Roger couldn't have been more helpful & nothing was too much trouble - even changing some minor things with the car which I had requested but were not essential. The fact that Cult Status is RAC verified also leaves me with peace of mind, post-purchase that any possible issues will be taken care of without stress. Just purchased a Mercedes C220 from Roger. Unfortunately after 2 days I'm hit with an ABS warning light. Roger asked for car to be returned asap for diagnostics to discover a sensor needed replacing. This was done with no fuss and a loan car. Fantastic 5 star service. Thank you Cult Status Cars.

I am so sorry to have to write and tell you that my father-in-law, Brian Collins, has decided against the car we came and saw a couple of days ago, I think he loved the car but not the automatic gearbox, not that he is being specific.

I would like to say, however, that if anyone asks me to recommend a garage you will be top of my list for being professional, knowledgeable, friendly and not pushy, and overall very helpful in a good environment.

I am on my second deal with Roger, the first a VW Motorhome , gave me a fair price for my Bentley , then my Mini Countryman, both vehicles are great, Roger is Highly Recommended.

I live in Leicestershire and recently purchased a 3 year old Audi A6 Allroad Quattro from Cult Status Cars in Westbury, Wilts. The deal was done remotely and delivered personally by Roger Sumner. Everything from the car was as expected. The condition was perfect and proved easy to drive by both my wife and myself. Not only does it fly like a dream it was extremely good value for money. Recently brought a new car from cult status cars, both Roger and Mike were extremely helpful, very quick with reply's by email, texts and telephone. Any questions I had they were very happy to answer and very importantly if they didn't know, then they said they didn't. Most car dealership sales teams that I've come across are pushy, especially when they see a woman come though the door, I have to say, both Roger and Mike wasn't, in fact it was nice to be able to think, before confirming the purchase, they waited for me, which is very important and a great feeling for the customer. I was kept updated on my new cars progress and they were very prompt had my car ready for me within 3 days, that included a MOT and Service. The quality of all the cars that was there, were all to a very high standard, I would high recommend buying from them and yes I would buy from them again. Roger was absolutely brilliant throughout the whole process, made things very easy and quick and I was able to pick up my new car within a few days of choosing it. I have bought many cars over the years and dealt with many salesmen and traders with mixed experiences. Today we rang Roger to view a car and he very kindly came in especially to accommodate us, giving up family time. Whilst we did not end up buying the car because it wasn't quite right for us (even though it was an awesome example of that particular model) Roger was extremely professional and knowledgable and gave us expert advice without ever being pushy or trying to sell us the car. RAC Review:
My purchase was an impulse one which I had not preplanned and was a response to a special opportunity. Roger and his colleague Mike presented the vehicle ( 9 years old ) in impeccable condition and as if brand new .
They dealt seamlessly with all the administration where I had anticipated some normal hassles . They also explained the insurance policy with RAC to cover potential high cost repairs and maintenance and helped me decide upon the period of cover . All in all , a great buying experience and I would go back to Cult Cars for future purchases.

Roger at Cult Status has been a pleasure to deal with . He was responsive and informative when we travelled to view the car . His follow up was reliable , courteous and unpushy . We will collect this car later this week and are confident that we will be delighted with our purchase. Update- We collected our lovely car yesterday: again we experienced curtesy , support and patience from from Roger and his colleague, Mike . Roger organised the road fund licence and helped us decide upon extended insurance cover for labour and parts . I recently bought a 22-year-old low mileage SLK 230 from Cult Status Cars; it was my first association with the business and I'd not met either Roger or Mike before. I was impressed by their wealth of knowledge and their willingness to contribute to mine. The saying "˜knowledge is power;' springs to mind. They used that power to the very clear benefit of me, an unknown quantity and a first-time customer. Some minor issuers arose with the car. Friendly professional service

The purchase was made extremely simple despite my not being able to view in person and the vehicle was delivered to my home some 60 miles away. The car had been immaculately valeted inside and out and shone like new, remarkable for 7 year old car.
