Hello and welcome to the sale of this superb VW T4 pick up. Originally a VW demonstrator, it has subsequently had just one registered keeper. It has covered just 82k very easy miles and has clearly never been used for any heavy work. The cab exterior is in exceptional condition with barely a mark on it considering its a 23 year old commercial vehicle. You may of course find the odd chip or mark, certainly on the drop side body itself, but overall the way it presents is quite remarkable. The wood floor has recently been replaced to keep it looking fresh. It also comes with the original tonneau cover, and a ladder rack which is not currently fitted. All four original steel wheels are in great condition as are the tyres. The cab interior is also in excellent condition, with minimal wear. The original seat covers are still fitted, which has indeed protected the seats perfectly. The faithful 2.4 litre 5 cylinder diesel engine starts well, runs perfectly and sounds sweet. The cambelts have been changed recently as have the oils and filters. On the road it performs exactly as you would expect with positive controls and good brakes. To sum up, this is a very rare and cool pick up truck, you could enjoy and use it as it is, or perhaps join the VW show scene with some alloy wheels or whatever modifications you fancied, of which plenty are available. Either way, this useful truck is sure to bring much pleasure to the new owner and will surely attract much admiration at the builders yard or classic car shows alike!
